I am feeling very guilty to have missed a day posting in here, but yesterday was a busy day. Back to work for Wed., Thur., and Fri. AND ... getting ready to bring my students here for a visit on Friday. You don't think of a lot of the details involved until you start to put yourself in the place of a wheelchair bound adolesent, or one with limited mobility who needs assistance, even to walk on a sidewalk! I KNOW they will enjoy their visit ... and the farm sure is much more wheelchair accessable now ... :-)
More pictures for you ... This ewe is Dinah Shore, my latest from Carole Dailley. Her fleece rivals Iris' in terms of being my goal for fleeces. (If you clip on the picture, you will see a much larger picture and her fleece will make you gasp ... :-). She had twin ewe lambs this year. The one with her is Willow Garden Chicory.
Next we have another picture of Bok Choy and Garbonzo. Can you tell that these two little guys are among my favourites? ... hehehe
And the final picture for this post is a gorgeous katmoget ewe lamb out of Great Plains Wren (F1 Minder) and Great Plains William the Conqueror (F1 Greyling). This little doll looks to be AB/Ab, as there are, as of yet, no indications that she is Ab/Ag. Time will tell. In any event, she is 50% UK and those are few and far between here in Canada.
Have a great day! Off to feed bottles!
