Layer Flock

Here are a couple of shots of my Layer Flock.  They are a colourful lot, but some of them are pretty old.  I will be culling heavily as the new birds come in to lay in the Fall.

Interested in stewing hens anyone?  Give me a call!  I can usually get 2 1/2 meals out of one old bird ... :-)

Danielle will be looking for Barnvelders later this spring. :) I'm always looking for Amerecaunas, if you have any of those to part with.

I won't have Americaunas as I only have two and they are in their first lay. I will have some two year old Barnevelders (about 5), and some Black Langshams (two), and four or five Gold Laced Wyandottes. All of these birds will be $2 each if yah come and get them ... after school is out as Mark sells a lot of eggs at the high school.
